Why should I start a Smart Refill Plan?
Our Smart Refill Plan takes the hassle out of remembering when to change your filter. You'll get a new filter delivered every 3 months to ensure impurities don't creep back in and disrupt your routine.
You can cancel, pause, or change your delivery schedule at any time in your account.
How and when do I pay for my smart refill plan?
Add your chosen products with a Smart Refill Plan to your cart and check out as usual. Payments are processed automatically using the card saved under your Subscription Payment Method. You can update your details anytime in your account.
We’ll email you a reminder 3 days before your next refill is scheduled to ship. You’ll be charged on the day your refill ships.
How do I cancel my smart refill plan?
Here’s how to cancel your Homi Smart Refill Plan:
- Log into your Homi account.
- Click the Cancel button next to your active subscription.
- You’ll be shown your subscription end date.

Do you offer discounts with smart refill plan?
You’ll receive a minimum 10% discount on your initial purchase, plus you'll save on all your future refills while on a Smart Refill Plan.
Can I view my future deliveries?
Yes. You can view your future deliveries by visiting the 'Subscriptions' tab within the ‘Your Account’ section on our website. All of your upcoming deliveries will be listed by date.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your smart refill plan via your Homi account, and if you don't have an account, you can log in by clicking on the 'Subscription' menu on the bottom of the website.
